As part of capacity-building support in maritime law enforcement under the JICA technical cooperation project, MCT was dispatched　to the site to provide training for BAKAMLA instructor candidates, focusing on arresting techniques.
MCT also provided some effective technical advice to BAKAMLA, specialized in their composing "Arresting Techniques Manual".
