The MCT members conducted training on arresting techniques and criminal investigation for PCG officers to improve their capabilities to address maritime crime situations, and to improve their instruction capabilities.

(Reference) The JCG will continue to strengthen its cooperation with other coast guard agencies to realize a "Free and Open Indo-Pacific (FOIP)". Moreover, the JCG will also actively engage in providing technical Mobile Cooperation Team assistance to coast guard agencies in the Indo-Pacific region.
