The graduation ceremony was held at the Japan Coast Guard Academy on March 20 and at the Japan Coast Guard School on March 21, 2021, respectively. Both in the presence of Mr. Onishi, State Minister of Land Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and Commandant Okushima of the Japan Coast Guard.
